About kemoy

Prior to consulting, Kemoy led, coached, and hired top performing sales teams for multi-million dollar brands like Sephora, Macy's, Victoria's Secret, and Bath & Body Works. Today, Kemoy uses her experience in retail leadership in her work as a Customer Experience Strategist. She coaches emerging beauty and wellness brands on how to effectively leverage customer-centered thinking to drive sales and engagement. 

She is driven to coach and inspire service excellence while supporting economic development for communities of the Caribbean and African Diaspora. She is inspired by the rich resources available in these parts of the world and feels a responsibility to help create wealth-generating opportunities in Caribbean and African communities.

Born in the Bronx to Jamaican immigrants, Kemoy is a native New Yorker residing in Brooklyn. She earned degrees from The Fashion Institute of Technology in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing and Fashion Merchandising Management. She is a self development enthusiast, loves exercising to hip-hop and dancehall music, and loves to eat delicious, plant-based meals 90% of the time.
