I empower emerging beauty and wellness brands to leverage customer-centric thinking to drive sales and engagement!

While leading high-performing sales teams at retailers like Bath & Body Works, Macy’s and Sephora, I realized that there was a major opportunity to understand our customers’ needs and desires to drive results. Since blazing my own path in 2018, I’ve been helping emerging beauty and wellness brands grow using customer-centric strategy.

As a Jamaican-American, I’m especially passionate about leveraging my customer experience expertise to support economic growth in Caribbean and African communities.
